Named for the first owner of Double Oaks, Harden Thomas Martin, this room features a queen-size bed. Formerly the music room where the Martin sisters taught piano, this ground floor room is decorated in creamy yellow with green accents. Policies:

We're happy to take your reservation online or by phone. Rates are subject to state and local taxes.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m., though different times can be arranged with notice.

Cancellations: We understand that sometimes plans unexpectedly change. If you need to cancel your reservation:

  • More than one week before your check-in date: Full refund

  • Within 2-7 days before your check-in date: 50% refund

  • Less than 48 hours before your check-in date: Non-refundable

We can also offer you a credit for a future stay.

Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m. daily, though we can sometimes accommodate special time requests. Our menu features regular staples as well as a rotating special, and guests may choose to eat in the dining room, on the porches, or in the library. Guests may also order and have breakfast delivered directly to their rooms.

Children: Well-behaved children ages 12 and up are welcome at Double Oaks, if accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have children younger than 12, arrangements can be made, but please call us to discuss your accommodations and needs.

Pets: We do not allow pet visitors at this time.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking establishment, but there is a designated space outdoors where you may smoke. Please dispose of your trash and be mindful of other guests.

Damage: Should any damage be caused by a guest, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for reparations.
